WHAT A1 MEMBERS ARE SAYING...

Finding it hard to believe that I've got to week 8! When I signed up for the programme I doubted I would get this far and certainly never believed I would be able to complete sessions this far into the programme when I looked at it all in the beginning. Now I find myself managing hard sessions better than when I started and dare I say even enjoying them! All I can say is that the training appears to be doing something and reiterate my thanks to all the guys at A1 - thank you.

Bit late getting started on the 12 week programme, but happy out. On the second day of week 1. Delighted with the work the guys put into this programme. Great information that I am only starting to get into.Thanks guys, both days have brought me close to the end of what I can do, and from that alone I know the results will come...

Guys, a question for you. Its January, It's freezing, I'm in Week 10 and the problem is......i'm absolutely flying!! I'm smashing all sorts of records on my rides. I used to race at a pretty high level and I am coming back to racing after 7/8 seasons out so my stock winter training used to be based round plenty of miles. This stuff has pretty much turned things on its head in terms of training...

Week 8 pyramid intervals session completed on turbo trainer tonight. Chuffed with my progress as was able to do the opposite side of the pyramid all in zone 5! When doing this session earlier in the programme I struggled to keep in high zone 4 for the same session. So motivated to stick to the plan. Can't wait to see the build plan...
